Hong Kong is located in southern China. This is a small compact city, with an area of only 1,100 km ² and a population of approximately 6.9 million. Hong Kong is a city of legendary fame – is considered an international city for business, trade, transportation, shopping, cinema and tourism.
Tourism has been one of the major industries in Hong Kong for decades. In 2004, 21.8 million tourists visited Hong Kong generated more than 91.8 billion U.S. dollars in Hong Income Kong in 2005, 23.3 million tourists visited Hong Kong. Hong Kong has 18 districts that are full of excitement and attractions such as Ocean Park, Repulse Bay, Kowloon Park, Sha Tin, Big Buddha, Hong Kong Disneyland, Victoria Peak, and more.

Island Hong Kong

The northern part of the island is more populated and more dedicated to business, while the south is where to go to the beach and leisure activities.
Kowloon is a of the most densely populated land and houses most of the inhabitants of the city. Although the area is very residential, visitors can still find some shops and restaurants. Most tourist attractions are in the MRT line, to venture too far from the MRT you most residential areas. However, signs and posters are in English and Mandarin, so that you can find your way.
